On site registrations will be accepted daily during 7:30 -8:30 a.m., but are not guaranteed admittance to courses based on availability. Please pre-register.

Also, please download the Conference schedule prior to conference from the MOTA website, make your session selections, and bring it with you to conference. You will be responsible for attending the courses of your choosing. Digital handouts will be available online one week prior to conference at the leisure of the presenters.

Please remember to dress in layers. We are not able to control the temperature in individual rooms.

Refund Policy: A refund, less $25.00 administrative fee, will be given if written notice of full conference cancellation is recieved by MOTA postmarked on or before October 18th, 2019. No refunds after October 18th, 2019. In the event a session is cancelled for any reason, MOTA will not be responsible for any cancellation charges assessed by hotel, airline, or travel agencies. Please be aware that if you do not cancel and/or do not attend the MOTA conference, you are still responsible for payment.
